FAQs
What’s the difference between colleagues and client team members?
Colleagues are your firm’s staff (invited at the firm level). Team Members are people at the client company (invited inside a specific client).
Who can invite client team members?
Any firm colleague with sufficient rights on that client (e.g., client admin or a firm Admin/Account Manager with admin rights).
Can I invite someone to multiple clients at once?
Invites are per client. A person will only see the clients they’re invited to.
The invite didn’t arrive—what now?
Ask them to check spam. In Settings → Team Members, revoke the Invitation (if pending) and send a fresh Invite.
Will adding team members affect billing?
No. Inviting client team members does not change your firm’s billing for that client.
Can client team members invite more people?
No. The firm colleague must send the invite.
Can I use the Demo Client to practice invitations?
No. The Demo Client doesn’t support invites. Use a real client (or Firm Books (Free)) to test the flow.
