The Digits Inbox brings all review work into a single, organized workspace. It centralizes tasks for each client—so you can prioritize what matters, resolve questions quickly, and keep your team aligned.
The Inbox is designed to:
Prioritize items that need attention
Surface context through threaded conversations
Support collaborative review and faster cleanup
Where to Find the Inbox
When you log in to your Firm Dashboard, you’ll see a card for each client. Each card displays a real-time Inbox badge with the number of outstanding items needing attention.

From your Client's Dashboard, click Inbox in the left navigation menu.

Inbox Action Items
Note: Resolving a comment does not close the item. You must close it manually unless another action (like approving a bill) resolves it automatically.
Filters & Navigation
Use the filters across the top to sort and prioritize:
Assigned — Items assigned to you
Watching — Items you created or are following
Open — All open items across your clients
Closed — Completed and archived items
Use the year/month sidebar to filter by period, or filter by item type such as Categorize, Comment, or Approve Bills.

Troubleshooting & Tips
Still seeing items in Open? There may be an unresolved comment or pending action.
Check your Inbox daily to keep month-end moving smoothly.
Use @mentions to tag teammates and delegate quickly.
