How to Add Additional Business Subscriptions

Business Owners can add and manage multiple businesses under a single Digits account. Each business has its own legal entity, subscription, and dashboard—so everything stays clean and separate.


How-To: Add Another Business to Your Account


  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click your Business Name in the top-left corner.
  3. Select Add a Business from the dropdown menu.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete setup.




You can switch between businesses from the top-left dropdown menu or the sidebar.

Labels help you track onboarding status:

  • Incomplete – Setup still in progress.
  • Pending – Setup complete; waiting on background processing.


Tip: If you're not ready to complete onboarding, click Back to Home at the top of the screen to exit at any time. You can resume onboarding later. You can resume onboarding any incomplete business you’ve started by selecting it from the Shared with Me tab or the top-left dropdown menu. You’ll be taken directly back to where you left off.



Each new business will appear in:

  • The top-left dropdown
  • The sidebar (desktop)
  • The mobile nav (mobile devices)
