Digits does more than automate your work—it tracks the time it’s saving you, too.
At the top of your home dashboard, you’ll see a Time Saved button in the header. This gives you a quick look at how many hours Digits has saved your business through automation.
View Time Saved by Month
- Click the Time Saved button in the header.
- A dropdown will show total hours saved, broken out by month.
- Use the date switcher at the top to view a different month.
Digits calculates this based on internal benchmarks for how long each task would typically take manually.
What’s Behind the Time Saved?
Each time-saving task is powered by one of Digits' AI Agents. You’ll see a breakdown by agent:
- Payments Agent: Scanned and processed bills
- Bookkeeping Agent: All transactions lines grouped by Category
Note: If you click on “Other Categories” this will take you to the Digits Ledger - Finance Agent: Updated financial statements
- Reporting Agent: Ran and delivered scheduled reports
