Digits gives you a dedicated demo client so you can explore the platform, test workflows, and showcase features to clients—no real data required.
How to Set Up Your Demo
- From your Firm Dashboard, click Create Demo Firm.
- Digits will automatically provision your demo client.
- Once ready, click to open the demo.
The demo account comes pre-loaded with test data you can fully interact with. To see the AI at work, try uploading a CSV to the Ledger!
What You Can Do in the Demo
Use your demo client to explore key areas of Digits, including:
- Home Dashboard: View and edit widgets
- Inbox: Review and take action on items
- Banks & Cards: Filter, view, and edit transactions
- Bills & Invoices: Upload, edit, and test workflows
- Vendors & Customers Tabs:
- Filter, view, and edit vendor/customer records
- View and manage vendor- or customer-specific transactions
- Filter, view, and edit vendor/customer records
- Financials Tab: View standard reports and test custom reports
- Ledger: View, edit and CSV import transactions
- Reconciliations: Walk through bank rec workflows
- Category Manager: View and edit the chart of accounts
- Connections: View, but not connect new accounts
Demo Limitations
Your demo account is limited in the following ways:
- New connections cannot be added
- Upload a CSV to import additional transactions into the demo
- Invitations cannot be sent
- Money cannot be moved (Bills/Invoices)
Resetting Your Demo
You’re limited to one demo firm and client. If you want a clean slate:
- Click the kabob menu (⋮) in your demo client
- Choose Reset Demo to clear all test changes
