Linking Only Business Accounts from Chase to Digits

If your client uses Chase for both business and personal banking, you can restrict the connection to share only business accounts with Digits. Here's how.

1: Adjust Account Sharing Settings in Chase

To limit which accounts are shared through Plaid:

  1. Log in to chase.com
  2. Go to the Security & Privacy tab
  3. Under Linked Apps & Websites, find Digits via Plaid
  4. Click Edit Sharing
  5. Select only the business accounts you want to share with Digits
  6. Click I Agree to save

2: Reconnect Chase in Digits

After updating the sharing settings, remove the existing Chase connection in Digits:

  1. Go to my.digits.com and log in to your client’s dashboard.
  2. Click Connections in the left-hand menu
  3. Click Manage next to the Chase connection
  4. Select Archive, then Delete

3: Add the Chase Connection Again

Now reconnect Chase in Digits:

  1. Go back to Connections
  2. Click Add Connection
  3. Follow the prompts through Plaid
  4. You'll only see the Chase accounts you've approved for sharing
