If your client uses Chase for both business and personal banking, you can restrict the connection to share only business accounts with Digits. Here's how.
1: Adjust Account Sharing Settings in Chase
To limit which accounts are shared through Plaid:
- Log in to chase.com
- Go to the Security & Privacy tab
- Under Linked Apps & Websites, find Digits via Plaid
- Click Edit Sharing
- Select only the business accounts you want to share with Digits
- Click I Agree to save
2: Reconnect Chase in Digits
After updating the sharing settings, remove the existing Chase connection in Digits:
- Go to my.digits.com and log in to your client’s dashboard.
- Click Connections in the left-hand menu
- Click Manage next to the Chase connection
- Select Archive, then Delete
3: Add the Chase Connection Again
Now reconnect Chase in Digits:
- Go back to Connections
- Click Add Connection
- Follow the prompts through Plaid
- You'll only see the Chase accounts you've approved for sharing
