Why isn’t it working?
Plaid has flagged this as a high-friction issue that’s affecting all connection attempts to MyCardStatement, eZCard, and a few others. There’s no resolution timeline yet, and we’ve confirmed it’s impacting all traffic.
What can I do instead?
Until Plaid fixes it, we recommend:
