Can I connect a MyCardStatement account to Digits?

MyCardStatement.com is listed in Plaid’s connection flow—but trying to connect will likely fail. This is due to a known issue with Plaid.

Why isn’t it working?

Plaid has flagged this as a high-friction issue that’s affecting all connection attempts to MyCardStatement, eZCard, and a few others. There’s no resolution timeline yet, and we’ve confirmed it’s impacting all traffic.


What can I do instead?

Until Plaid fixes it, we recommend:

  • Manually uploading transactions from your MyCardStatement account. You can do this right in the Transactions tab—here’s a quick guide to walk you through it.
