This document is for users who have both personal and business accounts with Chase and outlines the process for linking only their Chase business accounts to Digits.
Part 1: Modify Account Sharing on Chase
To ensure only your business accounts are shared with Digits, follow these steps on the Chase website:
- Log into chase.com and go to the Security & Privacy tab.
- Select Digits via Plaid in the "Linked Apps & Websites" section.
- Click Edit Sharing.
- Modify the list of accounts selected to include only the accounts that you want to share access to Digits.
- Click I agree.
Part 2: Reconnect Chase on Digits
Once these steps have been completed, you can log into your Digits Dashboard and remove your Chase Connection following the steps below.
Remove the Existing Chase Connection on Digits
- Head to my.digits.com and login.
- Click Connections from the left navigation menu.
- Click Manage next to your Chase connection.
- Click on Archive.
- Click on Delete.
Add a New Chase Connection on Digits
Once the old connection is deleted, you can add a new connection for Chase. During the connection process, Plaid will show you the list of accounts that you selected in Chase to share with Digits. This will ensure only the designated business accounts are linked.
