Linking Only Business Accounts with Chase on Digits

If you use Chase for both business and personal banking—or have multiple Chase accounts—complete the Digits → Plaid connection with your owner login.

Why it matters:

Only the owner login can choose specific accounts to share with Digits. If an admin or non-owner starts the connection, the selection screen won’t appear and all accounts under that Chase login will be connected to Digits. This behavior is enforced in both the Plaid authorization flow and Chase’s security settings.

Tip: Still having trouble?

Log out of Chase completely, or open the connection in an incognito/private window to clear cached sessions that might default to the wrong user.
