Integrating Ramp with Digits streamlines your financial operations by enabling seamless data transfer and efficient transaction management. This document will guide you through the essentials of setting up and maintaining this connection.
What is a Connection?
A connection is a secure link that bridges your financial accounts with the Digits platform. By connecting your banks and credit cards to Digits, you enable the platform to access transaction data directly from these accounts. This integration is crucial for efficient bookkeeping and accounting, as it allows Digits to automatically fetch and organize your financial data. Please note that we import expenses and reimbursements, but we do not import bills or receipts. With a connection in place, you gain a comprehensive and up-to-date view of your financial activities, streamlining your financial management and ensuring accuracy in your accounting processes.
The connection with Ramp integrates with your Digits ledger to import and automatically book all your employee reimbursements and Ramp corporate card transactions. If your Ramp account is currently integrated with another accounting provider, follow this help guide to prepare Ramp before connecting to Digits.
