FAQs & Troubleshooting
Why don’t I see all my Stripe invoices in Digits? Only invoices that were paid through Stripe will show up. If the payment came through another source, you’ll need to manually enter it in Ledger > All Transactions.
Why are some Stripe adjustments missing? Digits doesn’t currently pull in Stripe balance adjustments (like credits or corrections). Additional adjustment support is coming soon.
