Stay in control of your subscription and payment methods from one easy place. Whether you're updating your card or switching plans, it only takes a few clicks.
How to Edit Your Subscription
- Go to my.digits.com
- Click Settings in the left-hand menu
- Select the Subscription tab
- Click your current plan to view and compare other options
- Choose the best plan for your needs and click Save to confirm
Updating Your Payment Method
Need to change your card? Here’s how:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Payment Method
- Select Update Payment Method
- Enter your new card details
- Click Update Payment Method again to save
You’ll see a confirmation at the bottom of your screen once it’s updated.
Viewing Your Payment History
- Head to Settings > Subscription
- Scroll below your current plan to find Payment History
- See successful payment dates
- Get notified of any failed transactions
How to Cancel Your Subscription
1. If you have NOT connected a bank account:
If you've added a payment method but haven’t connected a U.S. bank account, good news—you won’t be charged. Digits only begins billing once a supported bank account is linked.
This applies most often to users located outside the U.S., where supported bank connections may not be available.
To fully cancel or delete your account Contact Digits Support.
2. If you HAVE connected a bank account:
You can cancel directly from your account:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click Cancel Plan in the bottom right
- Review the pop-up with your cancellation details
- Click Cancel Plan again to confirm
⚠️ You’ll still have access to your account until the end of your free trial or billing period.
