Managing Your Subscription

How to Edit Your Subscription

Managing your subscription is simple and can be done in just a few steps. Follow these instructions to navigate your options and select the plan that best suits your needs:


  1. Begin at your home dashboard. Locate and click on the Settings option in the left toolbar.
  2. Inside the settings menu, select Subscription. This section displays your current plan details.
  3. Click on your current plan to view all other subscription plans that Digits offers. This view allows you to explore, compare different options, and even book a demo to find the best fit for your business needs.
  4. After selecting the plan that meets your requirements, click Save to confirm your selection.

How to Cancel Your Subscription


  1. Begin from your home dashboard. Go to Settings in the left toolbar.
  2. Click on Subscriptions to view your subscription details.
  3. In the subscriptions window, find and click the Cancel Plan button located in the bottom right corner.
  4. A pop-up window will display information about how long you'll retain access to your Digits account after cancellation.
  5. Click on Cancel Plan to complete the process.
