Managing your team (inviting and removing users)

Digits is built for collaboration—whether you're reviewing financials with your co-founder, looping in your accountant, or giving your operations lead access to bill pay.



How to Add a Team Member

  1. Log in at my.digits.com.
  2. Click your name in the bottom left corner to access Settings.
  3. Go to the Team Members tab.
  4. Click Invite in the top-right corner.
  5. Enter the team member’s name and email.
  6. (Optional) Add a custom message.
  7. Click Send Invite.


You can also invite colleagues directly from your Home Dashboard using the Invite Colleague button in the top right.

How to Remove a Team Member

Need to remove someone from your account? Just contact our support team with the name and email of the user you'd like to remove. We’ll take care of it quickly.

Permissions and Access

At the moment, Digits offers one access level for all invited users. We’re working on adding roles and permission controls soon.

Invite teammates, investors, or external partners with confidence—just keep in mind they’ll have full visibility into your Digits workspace.
