Managing your team (inviting and removing users)

Digits was designed with collaboration in mind! Whether you're working with your co-founder to understand how the business is growing or simply benefiting from using modern, intuitive software, we've got you covered.

Add a team member

To add a team member to your Digits account, follow these steps:

  1. Head to your Digits!
  2. Navigate to the settings tab from your left navigation
  3. Select the team tab
  4. In the upper right, select the invite option
  5. Enter their details (email address and name)
  6. Customize the invite message (optional)
  7. Click send invite

Note: This can also be done directly in your home dashboard by clicking on "Invite" in the top right corner and follow the above steps.

Remove a team member

To remove a member from your account, please reach out to our support team for assistance. Send us an email indicating which team member needs to be removed, and we'll be more than happy to help!

Edit teams permissions and access

We are actively working on bringing additional roles and levels of permissions, but right now, there is only one role type within Digits, so please invite your team members, investors, or accountants accordingly.

If you're an accountant using Digits – you will have additional options here (via the manage clients tab) that allow you to manage which clients your team members have access to and at what level.

If you require additional support or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us through our contact form. Our team is here to assist you with any concerns or further guidance you may need.
