What is the difference between the public plans and these pricing plans?

All Digits for Firms plans include AI Close Agents. Public plans are available to business operators and do not include AI Close Agents; only the Pro plan for Operators includes them. Firm Free Books and Tax are exclusively available to firms.

If my client uses Client Pays, do I still have access to the accounting tools?

Yes, you still have access to the accounting tools the same way you would if your firm were paying for them.
