How to Log into Digits

Access Digits quickly and securely with Magic Links or Google Sign-In. No passwords, no hassle, just seamless login.

Supported Login Methods

  1. Go to my.digits.com/login.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Digits account. Use the address you used to sign up or previously access Digits.

  3. Click Continue with Email.

  4. Check your inbox for a secure Magic Link.

  5. Click the Magic Link in your email to access your account instantly.

Digits sends Magic Links only to email addresses already added to your account.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account.

  • If you sign in with a Magic Link, you can enable 2FA in Digits.

  • If you sign in with Google, your two-factor authentication is managed through your Google account. You don't need to enable it separately in Digits.

To enable 2FA for Magic Link sign-in:

  1. Sign in to Digits using a Magic Link.

  2. Click your organization's name in the upper-left corner of the screen to open the account menu.

  3. Select Security near the bottom of the menu, just above Sign Out.

  4. Follow the prompts to complete setup.

Google Sign-In

  1. On the login screen, click Sign in with Google.

  2. Choose your account (must match the email on your Digits account).

  3. You’ll be securely logged in via Google.

If your Google account uses two-factor authentication (2FA), it's managed through your Google account. You don't need to enable 2FA separately in Digits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t I use my password anymore?

Digits has removed passwords to improve account security. Magic Links and Google Auth are more secure and user-friendly.

Is 2FA supported?

Yes. Digits supports two-factor authentication (2FA) for Magic Link sign-in.

To enable 2FA, sign in with a Magic Link, click your organization name in the upper-left corner of Digits, select Security, and follow the setup prompts.

If you sign in with Google, two-factor authentication is managed by your Google account. Any security settings or multi-factor authentication you've enabled for your Google account will apply when you sign in to Digits.

How do I log in to the Digits Mobile app?

Open the Digits app on your iPhone or iPad and enter your email address. Digits will send a Magic Link to your inbox. Open the email on your mobile device and tap the Launch Digits button. If the app is installed, it will automatically authenticate and log you in.

I'm not receiving the Magic Link email for the mobile app.

If you're not seeing the email, check your spam, junk, or any custom folders. Email filters can sometimes route it unexpectedly. The email subject will say "Welcome back to Digits." If you still can't find it, try requesting a new link from the app. If the issue persists, contact Digits Support at help@digits.com.

I tapped the Magic Link, but the app just shows a countdown and asks me to resend.

This can happen if your device's browser or OS settings interfere with the link opening the app. As a workaround, instead of tapping the link in the email, press and hold to copy it, then go back to the Digits app — you should see a Use copied link option to complete sign-in.

Can I change the email address I use to log in to Digits?

Your login email can't be changed directly. To use a different address, invite it as a new user on your account while you're still signed in, then contact Digits Support at help@digits.com to deactivate the old one. Because this requires being logged in, it's best to do it before you lose access to your current email — if you're already locked out, see the FAQ below.

What if I've lost access to my login email and I'm the only user on the account? If you can no longer receive mail at your login address and there's no one else on the account to invite a new email for you, don't create a second account on your own — contact Digits Support at help@digits.com and we'll help you get back in. After we confirm you're the account owner, we can set you up with a new login email. Note that this creates a new login rather than restoring the old one, so some account-level details may need to be reconnected once you're back in.

Is Digits available on Android?

Not yet. The Digits mobile app is currently available for iPhone and iPad (iOS) only.

Android users can access Digits through the web app using a supported mobile browser.
