Editing Customer Information on Invoices
Update customer contact and billing details directly from invoices for accurate, up-to-date records.
You can update customer details directly while the invoice is in Draft.
Go to Invoices → New Invoice or open any Draft invoice.
Select a customer from the dropdown, or type to create a new one.
To edit an existing customer, click the Edit icon on the customer card.

Update: Company Name, Email Address, Billing Address.

Click Save. These details will be used for the current invoice and future invoices for that customer.
Important: Customer details can only be edited on Draft invoices. If the invoice has already been sent or is Overdue, you’ll need to void the invoice and recreate it to make changes.
