Editing Customer Information on Invoices

Update customer contact and billing details directly from invoices for accurate, up-to-date records.


You can update customer details directly while the invoice is in Draft.

  1. Go to Invoices → New Invoice or open any Draft invoice.

  2. Select a customer from the dropdown, or type to create a new one.

  3. To edit an existing customer, click the Edit icon on the customer card.

  1. Update: Company Name, Email Address, Billing Address.

  1. Click Save. These details will be used for the current invoice and future invoices for that customer.
