Exporting Data from the Ledger

The Ledger gives you flexible export options so you can review your data, share it with your accountant, or prep for audits and lenders.

From the Ledger tab, click the menu in the top-right corner.

You’ll see three options:

Download CSV - Export a .csv file of the transactions in the ledger for the selected date range.
Export CSV to Vault - Send the filtered CSV directly to the client’s Vault in Digits.
Download Financial Package - Export a full financial package that includes:
- Ledger
- Trial Balance
- Profit & Loss
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow
